Our organization is on the lookout for a dynamic and analytics-oriented individual to craft and spearhead a forward-looking Workforce Management and Total Rewards blueprint. This blueprint is aimed at drawing in, keeping, and motivating exceptional talent, ensuring our workforce is primed for ongoing and future achievements.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

**Strategic Workforce Architecture:** Forge and execute a unified Workforce Management strategy that aligns perfectly with our company's vision and Total Rewards ethos. Work closely with upper management to ensure your strategies propel company objectives forward. **Forecasting Future Talent Needs:** Take charge in creating precise predictions for talent requirements, scrutinizing both present and anticipated staffing necessities to balance workforce size with cost-effectiveness and impactful contribution to the company. Your forecasting must dovetail with the Total Rewards strategy you develop. **Designing Attractive Rewards:** Manage the creation, implementation, and governance of an appealing Total Rewards scheme (inclusive of pay, benefits, and recognition) that stands out as competitive, financially viable, and influential in drawing, retaining, and motivating staff. **Establishing Compensation Benchmarks:** Craft and put into action a strategic pay framework that mirrors our organizational ambitions. Regularly perform market assessments to maintain the competitiveness and equity of our pay structure. **Enhancing Engagement through Clarity:** Promote transparent communication and comprehension regarding Total Rewards to boost staff morale and engagement. Lead the change management processes for your projects, ensuring comprehensive support and information dissemination through organizational changes. **Analytics-Driven Leadership:** Utilize workforce analytics to monitor crucial metrics, offering analytical insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Over 10 years of advancing experience in Workforce Management, Total Rewards, and Compensation, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) would be an advantage. A proven track record in the effective development and management of Total Rewards programs. Exceptional analytical and quantitative prowess, with a knack for deciphering complex data and trends. Skilled in the use of workforce planning tools and analytical methods. Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to convey intricate ideas to a varied audience. Strategic mindset, with the capability to align workforce strategies with broader business and Total Rewards visions. Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide a team while working collaboratively across different functions. Experienced in driving organizational change, especially in areas related to Workforce Management and Total Rewards. Commitment to maintaining the utmost ethical standards and confidentiality with sensitive information.
