Job Title: Sr. SSIS ETL Developer

Job Summary:& We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Developer with 5+ years of experience in building Enterprise Data Warehouses and a strong background in data analytics. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing cloud technologies, specifically AWS, and adept at using Microsoft BI tools. The Business Intelligence Developer will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
• Use SQL, Python, or other programming languages to build efficient data models and perform complex data queries.
• Implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Utilize Microsoft BI tools ( SQL, VBA, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing BI solutions for performance improvements.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deadlines.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration on BI projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer with a focus on Enterprise Data Warehousing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, EC2) and familiarity with Git.
• Highly proficient in SQL; experience with Python, Java, or Scala is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Health care, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Financial Systems experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with large Health Care EMRs is desirable.
• Relevant certifications in BI tools and technologies are a plus.
• Ability to operate flexibly under pressure in a complex environment.
