What you’ll do

The Senior Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury will be instrumental in managing the company’s global treasury operations including lender & banking relationships, cash forecasting & working capital management, and debt transactions. In addition, this role will lead strategic financial planning and M&A diligence projects with demonstrated strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the proven ability to drive process enhancements to ensure the company's financial health and growth.

Corporate Finance & Debt Management:

  • Lead the annual strategic financial planning process in partnership with the business and FP&A.
  • Partner with our Private Equity Investor on M&A projects, including leading the business on M&A diligence and financial modelling.
  • Drive M&A playbook process enhancements, including acquisition targeting strategies that align to the company’s strategic financial objectives.
  • Lead the debt compliance RACI process, including covenant calculations, scenario planning, and periodic compliance certificate submissions.
  • Conduct capital markets diligence to optimize liquidity, evaluate transactional opportunities, and manage various scenarios and sensitivities.
  • Develop analyses on corporate finance topics such as cost of capital, interest rate hedging, liquidity, capital allocation, and leverage.
  • Support executive reporting by preparing debt compliance scorecards, financial reporting footnotes, and disclosures.

Cash & Treasury Management:

  • Monitor daily cash positions, operating cash flows, and treasury processes.
  • Conduct regular short- and long-term cash flow forecasting to support liquidity management strategies.
  • Manage lender relationships, existing debt facilities, and arrange new loans, including investor reporting and due diligence for new deals and renewals.
  • Work with the Controllership and FP&A teams to create reports and analyses needed to meet lender requirements and secure new debt capital.
  • Oversee the integrated treasury management system and serve as the primary contact for depository banking relationships.
  • Play a key role in evolving the company’s treasury processes and systems, supporting organizational growth and infrastructure development.

Treasury Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee all treasury functions, including working capital management, cash forecasting, investments, banking relationships, and credit risk.
  • Manage daily cash collections and utilization, including a daily cash sweep structure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate foreign currency risk.
  • Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual audits on treasury-related items.
  • Work with our Private Equity Investor and senior leadership on capital deployment strategies and M&A execution.
  • Plan and forecast liquidity using both 13-week and year-long budget models.
  • Approve and release payments via the bank portal and AP payment platforms (Coupa/Workday).
  • Coordinate with banking partners on account maintenance, including lockbox, ACH filters, and Positive Pay.
  • Administer bank portals by managing user access for domestic and international banks.
  • Assist in establishing new entities globally.
  • Lead treasury automation projects and system implementations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality due to the high responsibility of handling sensitive information.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CTP or CFA preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or related fields, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing debt transactions, capital markets, treasury operations and M&A diligence and integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for building relationships across the organization.
  • Strong understanding/proficiency of technical accounting related to treasury matters.
  • Experience with multi-national, multi-currency transactions and consolidations.
  • Experience in collaborating with remote colleagues and employees globally.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
