Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care for an exciting assignment in Honesdale, PA . Key Responsibilities

1. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
2. Monitor and assess patients conditions, responding quickly to changes in status.
3. Administer medications, manage ventilators, and use advanced monitoring equipment.
4. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
5. Ensure accurate documentation in the MEDITECH EMR system, maintaining detailed and timely records of patient care.
6. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a Level IV Trauma environment.

Qualifications

1. Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state license).
2. Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
3. BLS and ACLS certifications required.
4. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
