This position offers excellent opportunities for growth and a chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.**Key Responsibilities:****Client Check-In:** Utilize virtual, in-person, and telephonic platforms to check in clients efficiently and effectively.**Lab Coordination:** Obtain labs as ordered by providers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.**Collaborative Care:** Complete screeners with clients to determine the most appropriate course of care in collaboration with the provider.**Delegated Tasks:** Assist the nurse teams by handling delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.**Resource Person:** Act as a valuable resource for nursing and medical issues within the clinic.**Infectious Disease Control:** Oversee infectious disease control measures, ensuring client hygiene and facility health.**Nursing Assessments:** Perform all necessary nursing assessments according to service line requirements, demonstrating a high level of clinical competence.**Medication Administration:** Administer medications through various methods (oral, injections, etc.) as required, adhering to service line protocols.**Medication Management:** Prepare medications, conduct routine medication destruction, and address client questions and medication needs.**Patient Care:** Verify client data, obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements, and assist in collecting samples and vital signs.**Qualifications:**Nursing degree from an accredited school.Current RN or LPN nursing license from the State of Missouri.Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ First Aid and Medication Aid trainer.Prior experience in adult and youth psychiatric nursing is preferred.Join Burrell and make a difference in the lives of clients seeking mental health support.
