Your Mission:
We're searching for a multi-talented superstar who can juggle phones, manage social media, provide sales support, and assist customers with billing—all while keeping things running smoothly with a growing team in Pasadena. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the office hero with general clerical duties, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
• Manage incoming calls, assist customers with billing inquiries, and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
• Dive into project management and documentation, assisting with all things operational.
• Show off your social media savvy by managing our platforms and supporting our sales efforts.
• Wear multiple hats with pride, making an impact across every corner of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (knowledge of spreadsheets, bookkeeping a plus!).
• A master organizer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and high energy that lights up the room.
