The Human Resources (HR) Administrator will lead and execute all human resources activities and initiatives for the university general units. This role includes oversight and guidance on recruitment, job reviews, compensation data, and onboarding for all staff positions. The HR Administrator collaborates with Case Western Reserve University's HR department, to promote effective HR practices, foster a productive and engaging work environment, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies, laws, and regulations. Additionally, the HR Administrator will provide guidance and advice while managing highly sensitive and confidential HR-related information.
General office working environment. Monday to Friday work week; some evening and weekend work may be required. Limited travel. This position may be eligible for the staff hybrid work program pending approval.
This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department. New employees may begin a hybrid schedule upon approval from the supervisor, successful completion of an orientation period and signing the remote work checklist certification form.
