What You’ll Do

• Partner with our agents to support and manage a book of personal lines business with excellence and precision.
• Build long-term client relationships by providing top-tier service and understanding their evolving needs.
• Conduct policy reviews, assist with renewals, and deliver confident, clear communication across all touchpoints (phone, email, and in-person).
• Process changes, endorsements, and other client requests with accuracy, speed, and adherence to compliance.
• Bring a proactive mindset—spot coverage gaps, recommend solutions, and help grow the client relationship and agency book.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2–3 years of experience in a personal lines insurance service role.
• Active 4-40 or 2-20 license (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presence, and a can-do attitude.
• You’re organized, driven, and not afraid to follow through—you care about details because your clients count on you.
• High ethical standards and a deep respect for procedures, compliance, and the industry we serve.
