We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in WHITE PLAINS, New York. This role is within the IT industry and will require the selected candidate to offer technical support and solutions to customers. The workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the ability to solve problems and work both independently and as part of a team is crucial.

Responsibilities:
• Proactively respond to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of standard computer hardware and software to provide effective support.
• Utilize Microsoft O365 admin, Active Directory, Teams, Office Suite, and Power Shell scripting to resolve customer issues.
• Work independently and collaboratively to develop and implement solutions to IT-related problems.
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of customer's technical issues using a tracking system.
• Manage customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.
• Provide deskside support and assist in configuration management and desktop hardware.
• Continually learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.• Proven experience in a similar role as a Help Desk Analyst I or related position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Active Directory and its functionalities
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware
• Experience in configuration management, including the design and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Proficiency in providing deskside support to users, including the handling of IT-related issues and queries
• Solid understanding and experience with desktop hardware, including the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot various devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with users and understanding their needs
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
