Were looking for an HCM Data Analyst who is proficient with Visier and passionate about transforming HR data into actionable insights. You will analyze workforce trends, develop reports and dashboards, and support teams in making informed people decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Talent, and leadership to ensure the questions asked are relevant and the answers are clear and useful.

What Youll Do:

• Utilize Visier People Analytics to analyze metrics like headcount, attrition, compensation, and DEI trends
• Create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to aid decision-making
• Partner with HR teams to understand their data needs and deliver accessible information
• Maintain data quality and ensure reliable information across HCM systems
• Identify trends, surface insights, and support strategic workforce planning
• Handle data requests and routine reporting (e.g., headcount, workforce metrics)
• Coordinate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system performance

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience with Visier (required)
• 24+ years in HR analytics or related data analysis roles
• Experience working with large datasets and HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP
• Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Understanding of HR metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, DEI, and engagement
• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Curious, collaborative, and proactive in improving processes
