Job Description

Final assembly and check out aircraft mechanic: Performs a variety of mechanical duties involving diagnosis of malfunctions and required maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations.

System checkout of major system installs, and wing installs on F-16 aircraft

The FACO Producation APG, F-16 Technician will also need the be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:

Landing Gear

Powerplants

Flight Controls

Rigging

Aircraft Movement

MUST be able to work 1st or 2nd shift, to include weekends

F-16 or related fighter experience desired

Strong aviation background

NO tools required

Must pass criminal background check

Must pass pre employment DOT/FAA drug screen and random testing
