Job Description
The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for directing and escorting guests to and from the parking lot to the hotel entrance in a professional manner. He or she responds to guests needs, inquires and requests. This position is an on-call part time position.

JOB DUTIES: - Room arriving guests and assist departing guests professionally and with the utmost courtesy while working on the parking lot.
- Responsible for being completely familiar on how to read guests room arrival and departure list.
- Responsible for being completely familiar with hotel facilities and area surrounding the hotel.
- Responsible for being completely familiar with events in the hotel and surrounding areas of the hotel.
- Responsible for knowledge of groups and functions in the Hotel on a daily basis.
- Patrol hotel parking lot if necessary.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of porte cochere, and parking lot.
- Ensure all equipment is in operating order and all supplies are up to par.
- Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with directions and use computer for maps.
- Assist other departments if necessary.
- Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction.
- Be a Team Player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff.
- Attends department and inter-departmental meetings.
- Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.
- Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
- Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensures total guest satisfaction.
- Follow supervisor's instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned.
