Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Line of Business (LOB), key partners, and stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned LOB content
• Write and manage content for policies, procedures, and customer communications
• Identify gaps in data and propose solutions for optimization
  Manage projects and make necessary changes to ensure progress
