About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Data Officer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across the division, agency, and a multi-stakeholder coordinating council to support the development of a modernized data architecture. This architecture is focused on harmonizing and advancing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence approaches. The role involves managing various teams within the division and playing a key part in the execution of roadmaps that align with the organization's strategic goals. The Deputy Chief Data Officer will also be instrumental in initiating and leading analytical projects to optimize agency processes and ensure the delivery of actionable results for stakeholders. Applicants for the Deputy Chief Data Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in computer science or an IT-related field, with a minimum of 6 years progressive experience in information technology, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data integration, as well as experience in implementing and optimizing analytics infrastructure and tools.
