Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist! Located in Perrysburg, OH, this role is ideal for candidates based in or near the Toledo area, as occasional in-person meetings and events will be part of the job.

About the Role:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our data accuracy and integrity. You'll be responsible for inputting key work order and invoice data into our system, which supports auditing, billing, and reporting processes. Your meticulous attention to detail will help identify duplicate or excessive charges, leading to cost savings for our clients. You'll collaborate with service providers and Customer Service Managers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into our system, meeting month-end deadlines.
Achieve or exceed weekly data entry targets.
Address missing information by working directly with vendors.
Audit invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges.
Track and report on cost savings.
Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Management team.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:

Strong keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
An Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and precision.
Basic understanding of material handling and aerial equipment is a plus.
Physical Demands:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing and data entry.
Occasional lifting or moving up to 10 pounds.
Remote Work Environment:

This role primarily involves working from home, with electronic communication being the norm. The work environment should be conducive to performing your duties efficiently and comfortably.
