We are offering an exciting opportunity in the automotive dealership industry for a Controller based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, producing financial reports and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a documented system of accounting policies and procedures to minimize risk.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports that align with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
• Develop benchmarks for measuring the company's performance and report significant budget differences to management.
• Carry out financial analysis, focusing on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
• File quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Handle additional related duties as assigned.
• Utilize various software systems for accounting functions, including 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and participate in auditing and budget processes.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Controller
• Proficiency in the use of 3M
• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using CRM
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Solid experience in Auditing
• Proficient in managing Budget Processes
