Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the HVAC or a closely related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
