**Responsibilities**
Collect and submit clinical data to data registry platform.
+ Compile, document and enter all procedures.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and clinical review.
+ Assist, plan, prepare and implement patient support groups, seminars and education sessions.
+ Conduct follow-up on patients on continuum of care and update medical record.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Registered Nurse preferred.
+ Reg Health Info Admnstr credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
+ Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association(AHIMA) preferred.
+ Surgical Clinical Reviewer credentialed from the American College of Surgeons (ACS) preferred.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
