CHRYSLER/JEEP/DODGE/RAM SERVICE ADVISOR/SERVICE WRITER

Salary Range: $50,000-$85,000

NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!

Lee Auto Mall in Auburn is looking for Service Advisors/Service Writers to join our BUSY Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram service department. If you are an experienced Service Writer or just starting your career, we'd like to talk to you about what Lee has to offer!

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician as well the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
• Develop estimates for service work and professionally present to customers
• Work with systems and programs to ensure great data retention and customer communication
• Bring a high level of customer service to everyone
• Administer the manufacturer and aftermarket warranties for qualifying vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed of service and parts specials, completion times and service expenses
• Have an outstanding and positive attitude
