Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that data and reporting solutions meet stakeholder needs. As an initiative-taking member of the Agile Data Team, adopt and advocate for QA best practices, contributing to the enhancement of QA processes, shortening of QA cycles, and improvement of back-end process quality. Proactively identify, escalate, and communicate any risks or issues encountered during testing phases, including test execution and bug reporting, to ensure timely resolution. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years‘ experience in Quality Assurance, specifically with a strong emphasis on testing SQL and reporting systems. Proficient in SQL, with a proven record of writing and executing complex SQL queries for testing purposes, data validation, and to identify data anomalies and integrity issues in relational databases. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, as well as report authoring tools like SSRS and Crystal Reports. Working experience using MS SQL databases and testing tools, as well as experience with QA methodologies. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Nice to Have, but not required: Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is a plus. Conducting unit tests on Rest APIs and other API interfaces, utilizing tools such as Postman for comprehensive testing.
