The Associate Specialist, US Commercial Compliance, OPENDOOR team assists customer-facing personnel in overcoming credentialing challenges to obtain and maintain compliant access to their customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily customer service for hospital credentialing and support requests.
  • Accountable for monitoring, prioritizing and triaging individual email boxes to provide responses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining OPENDOOR portal, including adding new policies, building hospital systems, and updating documents or guidance as appropriate.
  • Provides one-on-one or small group training on credentialing processes, vendor credentialing portals, and leveraging OPENDOOR website.
  • Reviews and assesses hospital policies before representative signature, evaluating language, and escalating to manager as appropriate.
  • Assists with on-site credentialing activities as requested (annual flu shots and TB testing), and engages with customer-facing representatives, to promote OPENDOOR brand.
  • Works cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and other relevant internal partners in obtaining credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, insurance documents).
Qualifications

  • BA/BS required or equivalent professional work experience in customer relationship management/customer service, 2+ years in the pharmaceutical or related industry preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work within timelines. Ability to organize and prioritize individual work-flow.
  • Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity.
  • Strong organizational, process-oriented, written and oral communication, and inter-personal skills required.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva platforms desired, but not required.
  • Previous experience with supporting Hospital Credentialing, Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device personnel desired, but not required.
