We are seeking a tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science with primary teaching responsibility in the undergraduate Exercise Science program. The candidate must have expertise in exercise and/or sport nutrition and the ability to teach other undergraduate and graduate courses in exercise and sport science. In addition, there is an expectation for this individual to engage in scholarship with potential to supervise student theses/projects. The candidate is expected to engage in department and university service as well as academic advising.

* Doctoral degree in Exercise Science (or related field) or be ABD with satisfactory evidence of completion of degree no later than the end of the first academic year.

* Teaching expertise in exercise and/or sport nutrition as shown by academic and scholarship background.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in teaching a wide variety of core courses at the university-level in Exercise Science.

* Evidence of an established or emerging research agenda in exercise science and/or related fields.
