Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and guide them on tours of available apartments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Showcase the features and benefits of our community and amenities, helping prospective residents find the best fit for their needs.
• Assist applicants with the leasing process, including applications, paperwork, and explaining lease terms.
• Follow up with leads and ensure strong communication throughout the leasing process.
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the leasing office.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality (restaurant and hotel experience is a plus!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A desire to provide exceptional service and exceed expectations.
