General Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of the residential portfolio.
  • Assist with preparation of property and portfolio level reports.
  • Support Property Management, Accounting, in the preparation of budgets, financial reviews, and capital plans
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting to the Organization’s Partners.
  • Develop customized reports supporting corporate initiatives by managing the collection of cost information and tracking utility consumption on a daily and monthly basis
  • Assist with implementation of system enhancements and other special projects as needed.
  • Enter purchase orders and track spending in the portfolio.
  • Keep management via regular status reporting on key operating metrics and project completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 2-3 years of experience at a Real Estate, Brokerage, Private Equity, or Consulting firm is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Yardi a plus
