About the Accounts Payables Specialist Position:

• Maintaining the General accounts payables email and answering questions from vendors
• facilitating all 3 inventory and non-inventory drop ship, organization has 3 different kinds of invoices
• As an Accounts Payables Specialist you will perform check runs and wires and ACH
• Volume of invoices (70-100 emails per day) - depends on how vendor attaches invoices
• Invoices need to be GL coded and getting approvals for any non - inventory items
• As the Accounts Payable Specialist the typical work week includes making sure the AP mailbox is completed, every week there are check runs
• 3 years' experience plus, heavy involvement with PO's and 3 way match
• Prefer resolving issues with invoices, can train on inventory.
• Department has 2 people that report to the AP Manager
