ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading healthcare organization and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounting team. They've been in business for over 35 years, and have over 15 locations throughout several states in the Midwest. They pride themselves in providing their employees with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK:

• The Accounts Payable Clerk will enter 75-100 invoices daily
• Check and approve all vouchers for payment and index
• Process utility invoices
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
• Assist with special projects, as necessary

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:

• Accounts Payable
• High volume data entry experience required (75-100 invoices daily)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Solid computer skills
