THE Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with her third child, but when is her due date?

Kate Middleton and Prince William are set to welcome their third child after Kensington Palace announced announced their big baby news.
The Duchess of Cambridge's pregnancy announcement came as a surprise to royal fans who thought she was done after Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
But when is Kate Middleton's due date and is this baby a boy or girl?

Kate Middleton's pregnancy announcement
Kensington Palace took to social media to make the royal baby announcement.
The statement read: "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their child.

The Duchess of Cambridge's due date
Most pregnancy announcements come after the three month mark.
Presuming Kate Middleton was at the 12 week mark when she revealed her baby news [September 2017], it's likely she'll give birth to her third child in March 2018.
However, due to her severe morning sickness, Kate Middleton may have had to announce her pregnancy early after cancelling engagements.

Kate Middleton, 36, had a tough pregnancy with both Prince George and Princess Charlotte after suffering with Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
Unfortunately, the Duchess of Cambridge has been struck with the severe morning sickness again and has already cancelled royal engagements.
Kensington Palace revealed: "As with their previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today.
"The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace."
