Pregnant Love Island star Jessica Hayes has confirmed the gender of her unborn baby, after recently announcing she was expecting her first child with partner Dan Lawry.

Loved ones of the duo could be heard cheering and crying in the background, clearly happy with the result.

While Dan initially continued to cover his eyes as not to ruin the surprise, a shocked Jess suddenly shouted out: “Oh my God, it’s a boy.”

Both Dan and Jess appeared completely surprised by the result, as Jess showed off her blossoming baby bump in a snug knitted sparkly dress.

Jess explained in a comment under the video that she and Dan asked for a balloon to be filled with either pink confetti or blue confetti to determine the gender, not wanting to find out the sex at their latest scan.
