The Hollyoaks star – who plays Goldie McQueen in the Channel 4 show and is best know for her role as Janeece Bryant in the BBC drama Waterloo Road – has finally announced her pregnancy.

The 28 year old has been with Jack – a car dealership worker – for three years and the pair are super happy with the news despite not planning to start a family.

So we're following Chelsee's baby journey from bump to birth as she finally discusses her pregnancy exclusively in OK! magazine.

Chelsee paraded her baby bump ahead of her due date on the red carpet.

The mum to be looked stunning as she touched her bump and posed for cameras.

Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey announced her pregnancy earlier this year and with her due date round the corner, we take a look at her pregnancy diary

The pregnant Hollyoaks star wore a a bright red silk jumpsuit, which was off-the-shoulder and featured flared trousers.

Due date

Chelsee revealed she was 28 weeks at the end of April, suggesting her due date is in July.

And on May 1, 2017, she tweeted: "If my baby comes early I could have baba in 8 weeks, so exciting! 11 weeks left."

Baby bump

Chelsee revealed she was in her third trimester with a baby bump snap.

Sharing a picture of herself next to a sign that read 28 weeks, Chelsee wrote: "Final Trimester," followed with a crying emoji face suggesting she's going to miss her pregnancy when the baby arrives.

The pregnancy announcement

After months of speculation, Chelsee finally confirmed the news exclusively to OK! magazine.

Taking to Instagram with an image from the photo shoot, she wrote: "Soooo excited to finally announce im going to be a mummy!

When something you've never really thought about becomes something you've always wanted! Feeling so blessed. Cannot wait to meet you baba. Read all about mine and jack in this weeks OK!"

And talking to OK! magazine about when she found out she was expecting, Chelsee added: "I had a feeling I was pregnant towards the end of October because I had a huge appetite and I missed a period."

The baby scans

Chelsee revealed she had her first scan at eight weeks, discussing it Jack told OK! magazine: "I really enjoyed the first scan, it really made it sink in for me that we're about to become parents. Seeing the heartbeat was unreal."

And gushing over the three-month scan, Jack added: "The baby looked so different to the first scan. I've got both the pictures in a frame in my kitchen. In the first one it just looks like a little dot but in the second one you can see hands and feet."

Chelsee added: "Seeing how much the baby had grown and hearing it's heartbeat made me really emotional. I was worried after the eight-week scan that something would go wrong, so to hear the baby was healthy was a huge relief.

"I've never appreciated women's bodies as much as I do now. What our bodies are able to do is absolutely amazing."

Chelsee and Jack are yet to find out the sex of their baby but are booked in to find out in a few weeks.

Speaking about whether or not it's a boy or girl, Chelsee told OK! magazine: "I'd be happy with either, as long as it's healthy.

"I'd be good with a little girl because we could be best friends and I could dress her up nicely, but having a little boy around would be a lot of fun, too."
